A free, no-obligation 30-minute introductory lesson is offered to all prospective online students.

Payment for lessons is due on the first day of each month. Payment for transcriptions is due upon customer approval.

A 4% fee is applied to all payment transactions to cover processing costs.

Flat rate students will periodically receive five lessons in a given month. These occurrences do not increase the balance due on invoices.

Flat rate clients who switch to the single lesson rate must remain at the single lesson rate for a minimum of 36 lessons before they are eligible to resume the flat rate discount.

Lessons are not held during the week of Thanksgiving, nor during the winter holiday break that begins on December 20 and ends on January 3. These off weeks are factored into flat rate pricing.

In the event of a teacher cancellation, a credit will be applied to the client’s upcoming invoice, or a refund issued where applicable. Credits and refunds are not provided for client cancellations.

Custom transcription fees apply to labor only. Finished transcriptions may be made available free-of-charge to enrolled students or to the general public via the Resources page.
